So what’s the plan for the day?

All guests must arrive at the BFI IMAX at 10:00. The itinerary for the day will be as follows:

10:00 – 11:00 Registration/Luggage & Hotel Check-in/Breakfast

11:00 – 13:35 - Presentations

13:35 – 14:45 - Lunch

14:45 – 17:15 – Presentations

17:15 FINISH

You will have over two hours after 5.15pm in which to relax in your hotel and change ready for the amazing evening event.
